3D Printed Honeycomb Ring Blanks

Fantastic new ring blanks!

New, black, round honeycomb cast with diamond dust, emerald green Eyecandy Pigment and Alumilite Resin. High pressure cured. The 3D honeycomb structure has been printed with a proprietary mix of engineered UV resin, NOT filament, ensuring a stable bond between the honeycomb and Alumilite, for a great turning experience.

SUGGESTED HELP FOR BEST RESULTS:

* Use fresh, sharp negative rake carbide cutters and freshly sharpened drill bits and boring head cutters
* Back paint the drill hole to conceal ring core
* Advanced blank for advanced turners: Slow drill out and chip clearing, proper ring core glue-up, turn at high speeds (2900 to 3200 RPM) and light passing cuts are a must!
* For a premium shine, finish with high grit sandpaper, then CA and Magic Juice®

** Compatible down to size 5 ring cores
** Follow included instructions and suggestions for success. Blanks will not be replaced due to blow out
