Urushi Red bespoke pen blanks, high pressure cast with Alumilite® Resin and a proprietary mix of opaque red dyes. This blank is made for the maker that requires a solid opaque red blank without medullary rays (Chatoyance) or the shimmer usually associated with pigmented pen blanks. It contains no mica pigment and therefore meets the requirements necessary to create a consistently solid red pen, pendant, pipe stem or any other creation a Maker may envision. Made in small batches. These are exclusive, top of the line blanks we offer to high end Makers and Craftsmen.
